Philadelphia Cheesesteak

As Seen on WCBI's Live @ Five!

Ingredients:
10 oz. thinly sliced USDA choice top round.
9 inch Amoroso roll.
Safflower oil as needed
1/4 cup White or yellow onion large dice.
4 tbsp. Cheese whiz or 3 slices cheese of choice.

Procedure:
1. Place roll in 200 degree oven for 3 minutes.
2. Place oil in pan and lightly cook onions on medium heat until slightly browned, but ont too soft.
3. Place a bit of oil in pan over medium-high heat and add sliced beef. Using two spatulas quickly cook beef and chop into small pieces.
4. Remove roll from oven and wipe cheese whiz on inside of roll. Place the meat in the roll and top with onions.
5. Add salt, pepper an dketchup (if desired) and ENJOY!
